    Himanshu is part of the UK Capital Markets research team and has over 8 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Coming from an economics background, his focus is on how the wider economy impacts the real estate investment market. Working in the JLL capital markets team for the past 4 years, his research looks at capital flows into commercial property, and in turn pricing and performance across sectors.

    Himanshu has a MSc in International Economics & Finance from the University of Surrey, and is a committee member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR).
