The Liver Building offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire, and be part of the future, of an iconic and historic building in a city that has seen significant regeneration and that has been in the spotlight of recent investor interest. A key ambition was also to open up new revenue opportunities for future asset management and bring the building to a new user audience.
Despite being an under bidder JLL’s tenacity, efficiency and speed achieved our client’s ambition of acquiring the building, despite fierce competition.
